Welcome to Gentle Yoga! This class is designed to be a nurturing and inclusive sanctuary to help you connect your body, mind, and spirit. We prioritize a warm welcoming atmosphere while honouring your unique journey toward healing and self-discovery. We will connect breath to gentle movement, instilling mindfulness and awareness along the way. Self-compassion is at the heart of this practice and we encourage exploring your limits while honouring your body's unique abilities and challenges. Come as you are, and together we will embark on the transformative power of a gentle yoga practice. No previous experience is necessary. This class is trauma-informed and modifications/props are always available to encourage you to meet each moment with a gentle heart.

Tuesdays Evenings October 10 - November 28, 2023

6-7pm

$200 +HST a 8-week series or drop in $32.50 +HST (based on availability)
