My name is Zenia Mihevc. I am a registered clinical social worker who has a passion for supporting individuals in discovering their voice and inner strength to find balance and move forward in life. I aim to assist my clients in bringing awareness to the barriers may be inhibiting them from living a life well lived.
I offer counselling both in and out of the office through mindful movement, forest hikes and nature walks as well as traditional talk psychotherapy.
Over the years I have discovered the importance of looking at challenges and difficulties in a holistic way connecting the mind, body and spirit to achieve balance and wellness.
