A Little Zen provides a peaceful and holistic approach to counselling and coaching, to help achieve balance and wellness. Individuals have the option of outdoor sessions – which may include experiential mindful movement, present moment awareness training, and breathwork. Nature is known to reduce anger, fear, stress, and unpleasant feelings. I facilitate deep personal exploration with ease, allowing individuals to discover their inner strength and move forward in life.
My name is Zenia Mihevc, and I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW), recognized in Ontario and Alberta. My passion in life is to support people in finding their own little bit of ZEN and integrating it into their life through “getting outside to get inside”.
What this means is I have taken traditional talk therapy and combined it with mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and sensational experience virtually, inside the office and outside in the forest and nature. You will learn practical skills to increase your psychological flexibility to live a well-lived life, even when there is pain. These tools can guide you on how to move out of suffering and into living with intention.
