At A Little Zen, we offer in-person and virtual counselling and psychotherapy. During these sessions, you will meet with a trained therapist in a private, confidential setting. Virtual therapy sessions via a secure video platform for those unable to meet in person. Together, you will identify your goals for therapy and develop a treatment plan to help you work towards them. Mindfulness techniques may be used to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can comfortably discuss your concerns and work towards positive changes.

Our movement-based (Somatic) therapy is an approach that integrates the connection between physical movement and emotional well-being. Tailored to individual needs, this holistic modality promotes self-expression, mindfulness, and self-awareness. By engaging the body in purposeful motions, movement-based therapy can help unlock suppressed emotions and reduce stress to lead to a transformative journey towards greater balance and fulfillment.
