The Embodiment of ACT Training

The A Little Zen approach to counselling and psychotherapy integrates the core principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Yoga Therapy to foster psychological flexibility and promote well-being. Embracing a holistic approach to healing, this unique method recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and breath, offering tools and techniques that support mental health. This 2-day training program designed specifically for mental health professionals, coaches, and wellness facilitators will equip practitioners with invaluable tools and resources to effectively integrate these key principles into their own practice. You will receive your Embodiment of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (E-ACT) certificate of completion.

Program Commitment:

  • 2-Day (12 hr) In-Person professional training program that teaches principles of ACT from a trauma-informed embodiment perspective.

  • Additional Supervision Program (plus: $1380 - Book by August 31, 2023 and pay only $1200 for the Supervision package)

    • 5 month program - October to February

    • 5 Monthly virtual group sessions (1 hour Thursdays 3:00-4:00pm - virtual)

    • Plus 5 Individual Supervision Sessions (to be scheduled separately, can be virtual or in-person)

Fees:

The Embodiment of ACT 2-day Training Only: $649 +HST

The Embodiment of ACT Training plus The Supervision Program: $2,029 +HST

Book By August 31, 2023 and pay only $1849 +HST for the complete training and the supervision program!

Please Note:

You must attend at least 80% of the program session (10 out of 12 hours) to receive your certificate of completion.
