Flow Through What You Go Through

Come as you are and join Michela for a journey through 75 minute vinyasa flows built for all bodies and yoga levels. In this 6 week series, you will learn how to awaken the essential life-giving union between movement and breath while building strength, balance, and a sense of calm on and off your mat.

Soulful Flow and Restore

Self-compassion is at the heart of this practice and we encourage exploring your limits while honouring your body's unique abilities and challenges.
