A Little Zen - Foundation Experience

Mondays 7:30pm EST/4:30pm PST

April 20 - May 11, 2020

What to expect:

  • Enjoy a 60 mins of instructor led quality self-care time each week.
  • You will learn and develop an understanding of how the brain and body process stress and emotions
  • Increase awareness of your own stress response system
  • Learn new formal relaxation techniques and skills and be able to experience them through live guided practices
  • Develop a personalized relaxation and mindfulness practice

A Little More Zen - Exploration Experience

Mondays and Thursdays 7:30pm EST/4:30pm PST

April 20 - May 14, 2020

$160

What to Expect:

  • All elements of the A Little Zen Foundation Experience

PLUS:

  • An additional 45mins of LIVE guided practices on Thursdays
  • In the moment support and guidance from the instructor to deepen your practice and explore your inner strengths and resources
  • Have an opportunity to ask questions, share and/or discuss your practice experience

Being Zen - Integration Experience

Mondays 7:30pm EST/4:30pm PST

April 20 - May 30, 2030

What to Expect:

  • All elements of the A Little Zen Foundation Experience

PLUS:

  • Six - 50min 1-on-1 video sessions with Zenia Mihevc MSW RSW E-RYT, scheduled weekly based on your availability starting the week of April 20th. 
  • 1-on-1 Sessions to be scheduled after registration.


The Being Zen Integration Experience may be covered by your Extended Health Benefit Plan.

Check with your provided to see if you are covered for Social Work services.  

Receipts from the Being Zen Integration Experience program can be saved and submitted as medical expenses on your Income Tax Return.​
