What to Expect:
60 Minutes of Immersive Experiential Practices that enhance your psychological flexibility, health, and wellness
Each month, Zenia will facilitate different mindfulness practices:
Deep Rest - Yoga Nidra
Forest Therapy (virtual and in-person as permitted with COVID guidelines)
Pranayama - Breath work
This program may be covered by your Extended Health Benefits Plan. Check with your provider to see if you are covered for Social Work Services. Receipts from this program can be saved and submitted as medical expenses on your Income Tax Return
